CHANDLER, Ariz., July 25, 2012 — Honeywell (NYSE: HON) today announced that its Electronic Materials business has been awarded a Supplier Excellence Award from Infineon Technologies AG, Europe’s leading manufacturer of innovative semiconductor solutions for energy efficiency, mobility and security.

Honeywell Electronic Materials won the award as a supplier of process chemicals for semiconductor manufacturing. It is the seventh time that Honeywell has received this honor from Infineon.

Infineon Technologies’ Supplier Excellence Award is an annual recognition presented to its top suppliers based upon five categories: purchasing, logistics, quality, technology and risk. Infineon evaluated more than 200 suppliers in five main categories, based on type of product supplied, with multiple sub-categories.
